| Had my vehicle towed into Seeco Automotive as it would not start. No appointment and it was right after a long weekend. I called as soon as they opened to give them some history of the starting problem. They were very helpful and were able to start on my vehicle right away. Drove my vehicle home shortly after lunch. Excellent service, friendly staff!! Highly recommended!!! |

| Several years ago I stopped having my Toyota serviced at the Courtenay dealership, primarily because I didn't enjoy the atmosphere and service. I have been extremely pleased with the service I have consistently received from Seeco. I take my vehicle for regular servicing, and Seeco follows the Toyota service protocol faithfully. In addition they inspect my vehicle and inform me of any problems they see developing and make recommendations for correcting them, complete with a quote for the service. They have consistently honoured their quotes. Over this period I have purchased a battery and a set of tires. In each case Seeco presented me with a range of options and explained clearly the pros and cons of each. I have been satisfied with the performance of the battery and the tires and have found them as described by Seeco. Apart from the quality of service, I appreciate the personal contact with Ron, the mechanics, and Sandra the receptionist, who in fact understands a lot about vehicles. |

| SEECO is professional and timely in their repairs. I needed an inspection to bring my vehicle up-to-date for import into Canada. They were able to make all necessary changes and repairs, and perform the in-depth inspection required by the province. I love the text feature for communications. It was super convenient and let me know where they were in the repair process. We are lucky to have this business in the Comox Valley! |
